By accessing the Tervin website or submitting the early access registration form, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or submit any information.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Farrukh Zafar, operating as Tervin ("Tervin," "we," "us," or "our"), currently based in Riverside, California, United States.

Tervin is a pre-launch Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) platform for digital marketing agencies. At this stage, the website is an early access registration page. No software product, subscription, or paid service is being offered or sold through this website at this time.

By submitting the early access form, you are expressing interest in the Tervin platform and consenting to receive communications about its development and launch. You are not entering into a purchase agreement or paid service agreement of any kind.

You must be at least 18 years of age to submit the early access form or use this Site. By submitting, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are submitting on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Registering for early access does not guarantee access to the Tervin platform, a specific launch date, any particular pricing, or any specific feature set. Early access registration is an expression of interest only.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or prioritize early access applicants at our sole discretion. You may opt out of communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at contact@tervin.io.

By using this Site you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in the early access form
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to submit the form or interact with the Site
• Attempt to circumvent spam prevention or rate limiting measures
• Access or attempt to access any system or database that powers this Site without authorization
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate another person or organization in your submission

All content on this Site, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Tervin name and brand, is owned by or licensed to Tervin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

This Site and the early access registration service are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tervin and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this Site.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at contact@tervin.io. If unresolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the AAA rules in Riverside, California.

For EU users: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

For UK users: These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection legislation.

For Australian users: These Terms do not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, your rights regarding personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

If you are a California resident, your privacy rights are set out in our Privacy Policy. These Terms do not supersede any rights you have under California law.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Links do not constitute endorsement.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered early access applicants and by updating the Effective Date above.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. All other provisions remain in full force.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tervin regarding your use of this Site.
